Luxury attic with double room and big terrace

Unique and just renovated luxury apartment (everything is brand new and high quality). The guest room has a wardrobe, a comfy double bed, and A/C. You will also have your own stylish private bathroom with shower. The open fully-equipped kitchen with island and living space have a minimalist decoration with a 55" TV and Sonos sound system. You have access to the 50m2 terrace where you can enjoy amazing sunsets. There's also an outdoor shower. The apartment has security cameras and is fully connected with Alexa to control all lights, music, and appliances. There's also a smart lock so you don't have to worry about keys (use your phone or a code to open the main door). I live in the apartment (have my own room and bathroom) but if you rent the apartment it means I'll be away travelling. Happy to provide tips and answer any questions.

A large supermarket is 150m away, tram and bus stops are nearby, and if you prefer to walk it takes you 20 min. to get to the beach or the city centre.
