Cozy big apartment in the very center of the city

PERFECT location!! Easy to get anywhere so you can barely find any other better places. It’s 10min walk from the gay bars & clubs, as well as the central Sanlitun where you can find a lot of nice bars, restaurants, clubs, shopping malls, etc.

The apartment is quiet with a cute courtyard, while the building has busy bars, grocery store (opens until midnight), bakeries, restaurants, laundry, cafe, hair salon right downstairs. People like to gather and drink in front of the building every weekend. Many gyms nearby as well. Also close to subway stations or you can take a Didi (Chinese Uber) to all the attractions.

I’m a local and used to work in travel business, very easygoing ENFJ and happy to help, so I can give you as many tips as you need! I like to invite friends over for drinks and games sometimes, so hope you are also open minded.

Fully equipped bathroom & kitchen. You can either sleep in the private room with a king size bed, or the cozy couch where I LOVE to take naps during weekends. Also we can share one bed. Big living room where we can watch a movie at night with drinks we buy from across the street 😉🥂🍻
