With that in mind, we're pleased to welcome a maximum of two well-behaved pets per stay. We kindly request that guests notify us in advance regarding pet companions to ensure a comfortable and tailored experience for both you and your pets. Please note the following guidelines: A pet fee for 15 eur per second pet per stay will be applicable to cover additional cleaning expenses. Pets should be kept on a leash when in common areas and should not be left unattended in the accommodation. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the property and in designated outdoor areas. Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the owner. No Events Policy: To maintain a peaceful and residential atmosphere for all guests, We strictly prohibits hosting parties, gatherings, or events on the premises without prior approval from the host. The property is intended for the exclusive enjoyment of registered guests. Any unauthorized events or gatherings may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and additional charges. 5. Leave No Trace Policy: We appreciate your cooperation in preserving the cleanliness and tidiness. We kindly request that guests ensure the property is kept in the same condition as upon arrival. Before checking out, please dispose of all trash and recyclables in the designated bins and return any moved furniture to its original position. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a cleaning fee. 6. Visitor registration and responsibility: Complete the ******** process before arrival, providing details for all guests, including names and information for any planned visitors. As the primary guest, you are responsible for the actions and behavior of all individuals listed in your ********, including visitors.
