Apart from being a nature lover and a naturist who enjoy the company of like-minded people, I'm passionate about my work as a Yoga (Body-Mind) therapist. Whether it was as a language or currently as a yoga teacher, my goal is to give my students the keys they need to improve their skills, to facilitate their learning, and to open their mind to a world they may not even imagine. A new language gives you access to different culture, to another point of view on the world, to an entirely new mindset. Yoga and Spirituality do exactly the same, restoring and reinforcing the connection, unifying and consciously controlling your life energy embodied by your physical entity. For the past 20 years, I have studied and practiced yoga (and Ayurveda) as a therapy tool, not only to help with medical and physical issues, but also on a mental/spiritual level, to bring awareness and facilitate your personal journey toward self-exploration and self-awakening.
