Near the apartment you have a multitude of gay bars and nightclubs among which stands out Theatron, the largest nightclub in Latin America with 16 environments. You also have right next to the Parque de los Hippies, a meeting place for multiple groups of the LGBTIQ+ community, and you have a gay sauna called Dagoas one block away. You also have gyms, restaurants, cafes and in general the neighborhood is crowded by people from the community.

Visitors must be registered by the building's platform in order to enter. We thank you for taking care of the details of the apartment, throw the garbage away and leave the keys in the safety box. If you stay for more than a week we appreciate that you can water the plant.
