"In development of the provisions of Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, our lodging establishment warns the guest that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in the country are criminally and administratively punishable, according to the laws in force".
Minors who are NOT accompanied by a parent or authorized family member are not allowed to enter and must be reported at the time of booking.
2. Visits are allowed at any time, but must be reported before 9 pm by message to be authorized at reception.
3. Once the reservation is confirmed, the name and ID number are required for the entrance authorization.
4. Reservations of one night of 1 guest are not allowed visitors.
5. Ask for parking, it is with cost and depend on availability. The gym is open free of charge, the terrace has a schedule managed by the administration of the building, currently there is maintenance of the facade may be suspended or sealed the windows of the apartment and the terrace is closed.
6. It is forbidden to hang towels or clothes on the balconies or windows.
