Located in well connected Zuid-Oost (southeast area) close to the arena stadium. There are 3 metro lines close by, of which 2 go directly to city center and shopping area. Gym is at 15 min walking distance within open shopping area Amsterdamse Poort where you will find a lot of littler bars and restaurants. You will have this 40m2 apartment to yourself (linnens and pillows provided) and a georgeous green terrace perfect for chilling and having meals in the open.
I am in the process of renovating it myself so you will notice some finishes are not polished yet. The kicthen is fully equipped for cooking with 2 induction plates, airfryer, combin microwave oven including a small nesspresso machine and milk foamer.

The apartment is on the direct metro line that runs frequently, so the closest gay venues are in the central area. Prik is one of the popular places for drinks, NZ sauna is one of the best in the world, and if you want a cruising bar - then definitely DirtyDick's or Eagle (all my gay friends recommend). Don't forget Reguliersdwarsstraat, an iconic gay street, Regulierswaarsstraat is the place to be. It's all gay bars and venues. NYX club is a got to club and bars with free entry I love Soho, DJs regulary kill it there :)

Sound Isolation in the apt. is pretty good but just some common sense and respect for neighbours pre 9 am and post 10 pm is much appreciated. It's a residential neighbourhood so generally the environment is quiet during night.
Check in and check are flexible as keys are in a safe at the front door. I will leave in the morning before your arrival (in case I am not able to greet you in person) and come back after 12pm on checkout day.

If you could give some water to my plants if you notice them going down, not necessary but much appreciated.
