I have been a host pre covid in Balaclava for several years, before I sold my home. Now settled and ready to go again. Fully equipped private bedroom away from noise. Quiet spot in Brighton, very close 7min walk to beach. Double wardrobe, queen size bed and two side tables. Natural light from beautiful window for morning and sunset viewing. Open plan kitchen/living with everything you need and your own private bathroom for yourself. Close to amenities of Brighton, Elwood and Elsternwick. 5 min walk to train station to city or further down to Brighton/Sandringham beaches.
