Max capacity is 10 adults ($50 per guest, per night above 6 guests. Families with small children Welcome! We have a Ring doorbell that records those entering the home. ONLY registered guests allowed on/in the premises. You may see the owners on the property, as they stay in a separate unit on the property. The owners and pool service regularly check pool and spa water and chemical levels. Feel free to say hello if you see us out there. Additional Charges: Extra guests: $50/day per guest Broken pool toys: $25 Lost Key: $10
