This luxury suite style space is perfect for peaceful getaways and reconnecting with nature. Located 30 minuets outside of Downtown Knoxville, TN. This location is just far enough removed from the hustle and bustle to still allow for dining-out, shopping, local amusement and attractions.

If you own a boat, there is local access to put your boat in less than 10 mins from property. Our dock is available for overnight boat docking.

We are a dynamic duo. Young professionals with a knack for architecture and design. We have spent the past 3.5 years completing our custom contemporary dream home on the banks of the Tennessee River right outside of Knoxville, TN. We enjoy relaxing and grilling on our dock, spending the weekends surrounded by friends and family on our boat. We are wake surfers, nature lovers and enjoy food, cooking, craft cocktails, craft beer and wine.
