Respect the Home: Treat the accommodation and furnishings with care, just as if they were your own.
Quiet and Neighborliness: Via Caprera is in the center of town but very quiet; we ask you to avoid excessive noise from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am to respect your neighbors' rest.
Solarium and Garden: Enjoy the sunbathing area in total relaxation. Please close the sun umbrella after use or in high winds.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the house. You may do so only in the garden or outdoor areas.
Check-out: Please leave the kitchen tidy and dispose of garbage in the appropriate containers following local recycling rules.
Safety: Be sure to close doors and windows when you leave the house.
