Visitor Policy: For security reasons, only ******** guests are allowed in the apartment. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have visitors. Respectful Conduct: Please treat the apartment and its amenities with care. Any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Check-out Instructions: Kindly follow the check-out instructions provided, and leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Safety Awareness: Be mindful of safety precautions, such as locking doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Security for all guests is important to Dwell365PV. DO NOT share your lockbox code with anyone. Doing so compromises the security of other guests. Environmental Responsibility: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use. We recommend the humidity mode on your air conditioner to help keep your room cool. Community Respect: Be considerate of our neighbors. Avoid loud music and disruptive behavior that could disturb others. No parties or large gatherings unless approved by a Dwell 365PV representative. Using the apartment for anything other than its intended use as a residence is not allowed. You are prohibited from using the property as a business location, to entertain clients, or selling narcotics. Digital nomad and normal remote work is authorized.
