Property Information & House Rules: Check-in/Out Times: Access to property before 3pm on check-in day is not permitted unless otherwise discussed. We fully clean and turn over the property daily. That requires time to ensure it is done to your satisfaction. You will be issued a code for the electronic lock. This code is valid during the agreed-upon stay. To open the door, push the door in and punch in the 4-digit code and the door will unlock. To lock the door, push the door in and push the lock button on the keypad. Check-Out time is no later than 11AM the day you are departing unless otherwise discussed. Guest Identification: We require each guest to have - and show - a valid unexpired government-issued identification upon check-in. Quiet Time(s): Quiet times are between 10PM and 8AM. There are no parties allowed. Our neighbors appreciate this as well. Smoking/Drug Policy: There is no smoking or drugs allowed - by anyone staying in house or visiting. Smoking is allowed outside. Guest(s) of Residents: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick you up and visit, but you may not use the house to have parties/events. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends. All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process. This must be done no later than 24 hours prior to check-in and paid for at that time. This benefits us and will benefit you in turn should you stay here. We are safety-first kind of Hosts, and there are no stray people wandering on the property. Parties of any kind are not allowed in the home or on the property. Loud music is also not allowed. Parking: Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. There is plenty of street parking available.
