Cute double bedroom with ensuite in shared house

Located in the heart of St. Paul's Bay, less than 5 minutes to Bugibba square and 1 minute to the beautiful Bugibba Bay. Local bars, pubs and restaurants - all in walking distance.

The property is only 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. It is also 1 minute walk to Bugibba Bay where you can catch the ferries to Comino Island.

There is a 24/7 shop on the corner of the block where we are located.

Our home is set over 3 floors with the room for rent available on the 1st level. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, spare single bed (picture shows desk, this is where the single bed is) and ensuite (basin, bath, toilet and shower - only accessed through the room for rent). Shared fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two family/TV rooms (we tend to use upstairs more), Wi-Fi on each floor, 2 huge roof terraces and a washing room on the top level.

This is a shared house. Meaning we also live in the house. Our room is not on the same floor but we use the same stairwell, kitchen, dining room, family room and terraces.

The room we are renting out is private. We do not access it. The room for rent has its own bathroom which can only be accessed once in the bedroom.
