2.- Pets are not allowed.
3.- Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation, but it is allowed on the balcony.
4.-No parking inside the building.
5.-If the property is found in very bad conditions of cleanliness after your departure, beyond those that the guest cuts it leaves it:
-E.g.; leaving dirty pots and pans in the kitchen, strong odors, excess garbage in the garbage cans, stains on the floor, dirty walls, stains on bed covers or quilts, stains on towels, these are examples of bad conditions.
We will make an additional charge of 100 US$.
6.- Guests must respect and follow the community rules listed inside the house or on the property.
You agree to know and accept the following fees:
-Smoking inside the apartment: 100 US$ for each day you are in the apartment.
Late check-out: 20US$ without prior authorization.
-Loss of the access key to the building: 35US$ for replacement of the main access key to the building due to loss of the key.
8.- A violation of the house rules may result in immediate expulsion of all guests without reimbursement.
You agree to book in good faith and will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a decision of ******** or the host in the event of a violation of the host's rules.
