Great condominium right in the middle of the gay mecca of Palm Springs

Our two-bedroom condominium represents the best of mid-century modern in Palm Springs. It is five minutes from the airport and another five minutes to downtown. We're close to Arenas (the area of gay bars), all of that downtown has to offer, mountains where you can go hiking and biking, and the beautiful weather of the desert.

The condominium complex -- Sunrise Oasis -- was built in 1973 and is one of the lowest density developments in Palm Springs. No one above! Plenty of green space. It sports three pools and ********nis/pickle courts.

Our place is 1 mile to Indian Canyon Road and the Design District and 2 miles to the strip on Arenas.

Palm Springs has great food, art, shopping, tennis, golf, and beautiful mountains in which to go hiking and biking. It is at the western end of the Coachella Valley which stretches 24 miles to Indio an a bit farther to Coachella.

Highlights of the year are Modernism Week (a short version which occurs in late October and a 10-day version which occurs the third week of February), the Palm Springs International Film Festival (the first week of January), Pride (the first weekend of November) and too many other events to describe. Our condo is clean, spacious, one-floor, and well-equipped. We live here part of the year so the kitchen has most of what you will need including staples for cooking (oil, vinegar, spices, flour etc). Use what you need and replace something if you wish.
