Small room with double bed in new and welcoming T3 (where I live!) located in quiet area of Vénissieux - Lyon Sud. The 2019 building is close to the Corbas-Saint Priest business park, Renault Trucks and the Lyon 2 Faculty in Bron. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and wi-fi, making it ideal for short/medium-term business trips during the week (but not only! 🙂 ). Close to all amenities, direct transport to downtown Lyon (metro D 800m away and tramway a few steps away), quick access to Marseille, Paris and Geneva freeways. For joggers, the Parc de Parilly is around 1km away.

It was a very beautiful time that I was allowed to spend with Davide. The apartment is very nice, the bed very comfortable and cozy, the apartment very clean and everything is perfect. Davide is a super pleasant host. Very friendly, entertaining, cheerful and funny. We got along great and had breakfast and dinner together. He gave me great tips to see the city. Davide deserved 6 stars. I can highly recommend him and his apartment. Davide makes the stay something very special and beautiful.

My stay at Davide's place was everything I could have hoped for. The space itself had a cozy, inviting atmosphere, with everything I needed within arm's reach. Despite it being a bit further from the city center it was easy to reach by public transport. From the moment I arrived, the apartment felt like a second home thanks to Davide's warm welcome. He was genuinely helpful and attentive throughout my stay, and on a personal level, he was a joy to talk to—kind, engaging, and down-to-earth. I happened to be staying there on my birthday, and despite his long work hours, Davide took the time to wish me a happy birthday and even spend a little time celebrating with me - a truly memorable gesture. If you're looking for a welcoming, comfortable space with a wonderful host, Davide's place is perfect!
