I love SIGN BAR, just a few miles from the house:) Such a cool place to see ALL the landmark signs that make Austin unique!
HANK'S restaurant, coffee shop and bar is nearby and has great cocktails, excellent happy hour and bites! One of my fave places in town!
As for LGBTQ, my big favorite is BARBARELLA! That's one of the most divy spots in town. Its opened until 3AM and Fridays you will find me there on their 80's night!
Dont bother to come before 12 midnight. It will be empty!!

Neighborhood is gathering friendly, but I kindly ask you to bring music inside after 10 pm on weeknights and midnight on weekends.
IMPORTANT:
1. Keep jaccuzi cover closed and floating sponge and chemicals in it so water quality is maintained during your stay. if you need to remove them, dont forget to place it back inside and shut cover.
Same with pool: keep summers, floating chemicals inside to maintain water clean.
2. Scrape off grills, remove used charcoal and ashes and dispose them off properly for your next guests. Your cleaning fee includes the inside of the house only.
3. Recycle, recycle, recycle. No need to bag recyclables. Just tossed them in BLUE containers outfront.
4. If you tape something on the walls, make sure its paint friendly, or it will peel off the paint.
5. Don't bring pets without prior authorization. And if it's authorized, any damages on furniture, or extra cleaning required, will be covered by booker.
6. Smoking ONLY outside!
