Enjoy your down time in a space that is casual and comfortable with your own private room, comfy bed, and private bath...just seconds away from beautiful Lake Winona. Make yourself at home in the open kitchen, living space, laundry room, and backyard patio/garden. Then pamper yourself in our private hot tub after a long day exploring all that Winona has to offer. Clothing optional in designated spaces, including the hot tub. No pets allowed to accommodate guests who might have allergies.
The Space... Our house was built in 1885, so when planning our recent renovation we took special care to respect its history, showcase its simple charm, and retain the beauty of its well-earned bruises.
Guest Access... Keyless entry with a unique guest code allows you to come and go as you please during your stay.
During Your Stay... We enjoy meeting new people and sharing details about our home and all the great things we love about Winona. But we also respect the privacy of guests who are looking for a retreat and solitude. We will follow your lead on how much interaction you are comfortable with. Clothing optional in designated spaces, including the hot tub.

We're early risers and respect the work schedules of our neighbors by establishing 10 pm as quiet time, but that doesn't mean you can't lounge quietly in your room, common areas, or in the hot tub during quiet hours. Keypad entry will allow you to come and go as you please during your stay! Check-in time 3-10pm. No smoking allowed inside, but you can step outside into the back yard and enjoy a smoke at any time.

What an absolute pleasure it was to be a guest in Rick & Jeremy's home! As I entered, I was blown away with the great care that this historic home has been given, the house demanding its visitors to stand up and take notice! It is a fantastic example of repurposing and design to create a modern historic adventure. The hospitality ranging from a cocoon guest bedroom that envelopes you like a great hug, to the indulgent hot tub that is completely private yet under the stars and the snow, a roomy spa shower and the great morning treat of fresh scones, if you've been a good boy!! These wonderful men are well versed in the area and can lead or mislead you in any direction that you may wish. Charm, hospitality, indulgent comfort - all with a smile! Well worth the getaway to historic Winona! This is better than any high end hotel and the town welcomes you with architecture, art, food and views, nothing disappoints! You will not regret planning a trip!

I enjoyed my stay with Rick and Jeremy so much. A quaint and beautiful home, super close to the lake for some good walking, a comfy bed, and wonderful breakfast. They were so kind and the conversation was rich. Great humans. Stay here!
