Check-in: 4pm Check-out: 11am Parking: Please park in the covered parking labeled B2. There is an inflatable mattress in the hallway closet if extra sleeping space is required. I would really appreciate it if you could follow the house rules: • First and foremost, enjoy your stay. • I hope you enjoy the ambiance. I’m sure you’ll do your best to preserve it. • I will ask you not to smoke inside the home. • Our neighbors are nice people. We try to pay them back, asking our guests not to have parties and events inside. Pets: We’re happy to welcome up to 2 pets per stay, with each pet weighing 50 lbs or less. Please note, since our condo is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space, we can’t accommodate more than two pets at a time. A.C.: The thermostat is mounted in the hallway. Please adjust the thermostat to your liking, just remember to raise the temperature to 80 when you check-out. It is touch sensitive on the right side. Kitchen: Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen (tea, coffee, salt, olive oil, etc.). Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, and appliances. Remember to wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving. Please do not leave food behind when you check-out. Trash: At the end of your stay, please take all the trash to the trash bins near the covered parking lot. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay!
