This newly renovated apartment beautifully blends traditional Old Tbilisi style with modern comfort.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, very close to the central train station, and just a few just steps from the city’s vibrant culture and numerous amazing bars restaurants.

There are supermarkets, pharmacies, a shopping mall and everything else you might need just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building.

The apartment is two floors and very sunny. The main floor is four meters in height so it gives you an extra sense of space. There's also colorful mosaic style tiles on the windows to brighten up your day.

The apartment is on the second floor of a traditional Georgian courtyard, which dates back to the 19th century. The yard is secluded from the noise of the city, with several beautiful trees inside.

This cozy retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.

There are so many great restaurants just a couple of minutes of walk away from the apartment, like Honore, Craft Wine Restaurant, Shavi Lomi, ORO, but I will provide the full list of my favorites once you're here ;) There a very cozy and stylish little queer bar Klara, 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Here you'll meet the heart of Tbilisi's gay scene. And the most important one, the famous club Bassiani is 15 minutes away from here. This is where the queerest part of Tbilisi, where the modern queer culture began and thrives most.

Exceptional experience. One of the best places I've ever stayed. Perfectly renovated and furnished in a modern style, respecting the architecture of a historic apartment. Extremely clean. Very comfortable bed. Efficient air conditioning. Perfect communication with the host, who gave me countless tips on the city's clubs, allowing me to have a fantastic experience of the underground/techno scene. Luarsab is incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
