A lovely open space kitchen and living room with a fire place and ambience lights which makes perfect night in.

The guest bedroom has a lock and the bedroom comes with a smart 42icnh TV including all the apps, Netflix, amazon and SKY TV a king size bed with 500 thread Egyptian cotton bedding, 1200 sprung memory foam mattress, 2 medium pillows, 2 very soft and extra large pillows all goose down further. The duvet is Canadian goose down 13.5 tog . A spacious sliding door wardrobe with 3 drawers and loads of clothe hangers and an oversized mirror.

The kitchen and the living room is open plan and the kitchen comes fully equipped with all utensils, pots & pans, microwave, oven, fridge & freezer, air-fryer for those quick and delicious meals. The flat comes a soften filtered water system and an extra filtered tap for drinking. Underfloor heating and a purify air system.

The dining area has a Carrara marble table and 4 leather chairs with moody light pendant.

The bathroom is modern, very clean and spacious a good size bath and overhead shower and bath.

The living room seamless turns to a second bedroom ( for the host) from 20:00 with closed locked doors.

The guest has 24 hours acess to the kitchen, bathroom, hallway and laundry.

Who is your hos. I’m a very friendly, warm and charismatic hot originally from Brasil but have been living in London for 24 years now. I work as a facilities and events manager for a private investment Bank in the City and I get up at 5am to work out and back home about 18:00. I’ve have many interested in life such a interior design, food, wine, cocktails, cinema, fitness, politics, economy, science, technology and social working. I love hosting, and I’m looking for genuine respectful guests. Happy to guide to the best spots of London, good please to eat, visit and have fun.
