We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. BCA & City of Atlanta Short-Term Rental Operating License Rules
Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city on the guilty party.
Maximum Number of Registered Guests: The maximum occupancy is ******** people per bedroom, or ******** people total.
Non-Registered Guests: A maximum of (4 ) unregistered guests may visit the home but not stay overnight. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is cause for immediate removal without a refund. Security cameras are monitored.
