Important points you should know:
* CHECK IN
Check in is from 3:00 pm. If you need to check in earlier you can request an early check in (subject to availability) with a cost of $450 mxn. The early check in can be done from noon and will only be valid once confirmed by the lodging.
* PARKING
The parking lot is located inside the lodging, the payment is handled per night and according to the type of vehicle. We do NOT have valet parking.
- VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Only people previously registered in the reservation will be allowed access (maximum 2 guests per room).
* AREAS ALLOWED
Access is allowed only to the Lobby (PB), Work Area (Floor 1) Floor 4, Gym (Floor 7) and Roof Garden. The terrace and the gym are areas shared with other guests; the hours of use are from 8 am to 10 pm, so it is not possible to hold meetings or events.
* QUIET HOURS
Maintain silence from 22:00 pm to 7:00 am, this in order to respect the rest and stay of other guests.
Failure to respect this rule will result in a warning or even the right of admission, depending on the seriousness of the matter.
* SMOKING OR CONSUMPTION OF ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE IS PROHIBITED.
Smoking/vaping/consumption of any type of substance and/or cigarette is prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine ranging from $500 to $2,000 dollars.
* LAUNDRY
We have a self-service laundry inside the lodge (each guest washes their own clothes), the price is per load of clothes. Only washer and dryer, does not include detergents or any other product.
* INTERMEDIATE CLEANING
Cleaning will only be done in stays longer than 7 days. These intermediate cleanings will be done once a week and are completely mandatory.
* EXCESS GARBAGE?
In case you have excess garbage, you will find a trash can/container in the parking area, coming out of the elevator on the right side. We ask you to close the bags tightly.
* TOWELS
In the bathroom you will find a set of 6 towels (2 body towels, 2 facial towels and 2 hand towels). DO NOT use them to remove make-up, dye hair, clean shoes or as kitchen towels.
In case you require extra towels or a change of towels before your intermediate cleaning, you may request it directly at the front desk at an extra cost.
* CHECK OUT
Check out must be at 11:00 am maximum. If you need to check out later, you can request a late check out (subject to availability) with a cost of $450 mxn. Late check out can be done at 3:00 pm maximum and will only be valid once confirmed by the accommodation.
