Feel free to use anything in the kitchen! Complimentary tea, coffee, and cooking utensils are provided. If you cook, please wash all dishes and utensils before leaving. Pots, pans, and the bread toaster can be found under the counter where the coffee machine is located. A fire extinguisher is in the lower-left-hand cabinet next to the stove.

The air conditioner and heater are located across from the entrance door. You can adjust the temperature to suit your comfort.

### **Noise**
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM to respect my neighbors.

### **Laundry**
A washer and dryer are available for your use, along with washing detergent.

### **Smoking & Vaping**
Smoking or vaping is strictly **NOT** permitted in the apartment.
