Single bathroom, large windows with protective netting and blackout curtains. Original parquet floors, 24-hour concierge, two elevators and security cameras in the common areas. NO GARAGE, but there are 24-hour parking lots 2 blocks away. Excellent location: Rua dos Guaranis, 241, Centro, close to SESC, SENAC, bus station (5 min), Mercado Central, Av. Afonso Pena, Shopping Cidade and Feira Hippie. Region with bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies and a variety of shops.
