Quaint and quiet, settled on a private and secluded lot. River view property in a resort with plenty of walking trails, pools, tennis/basketball courts, and a rec center too. Located in Ellijay with lots of fun local shops and restaurants to explore and try! There is a separate apartment around the back that is empty but folks are welcome to bring their own beds or cots and make use of it as well. It’s my biggest wish that people can come up and enjoy this home just as much as I do when I vacation at it.
