We are not affiliated with the director; we admire his work and opened this apartment for the ILM film industry. The 750 sq ft suite consists of an extra-large vanity/bathroom, similar to a dressing room, an extra-large 1BR, and ample living room space. High ceilings throughout. Private back patio and pool access. Stainless steel appliances. Washer-dryer combo. Roku TVs.
Central, convenient, handicap accessible unit on 1FL. Relaxing garden atmosphere with a short distance to shared pool. Coffee shops, restaurants, and retail are all within walking distance.
The entire apartment is private, including a private deck and access to a shared pool and backyard.
