Great Apartment downtown BCN

Cozy and comfortable apartment. I appreciate the communication with Alberto and the warm welcome from his mother, who waited for us at the apartment and showed us and explained all the details. Excellent location. You can walk to many places. Everything functional in the apartment: very good shower, comfortable bed, kitchen with everything needed to prepare breakfast or other meals.

Alberto's place was amazing. The location was outstanding along with the building. Everything was so nice and clean. What a wonderful layout and comfortable bed. All the conveniences of home and very personalized. I'd love the balcony overlooking a little quiet street. The building was secure and I felt very safe. I would give it 10 stars if I could. And Alberto was so helpful and is such a nice person. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if I'm back in Barcelona. Thanks so much!

This is a top notch apartment! It offers everything you need for a great stay in Barcelona. The apartment looks exactly as it is shown in the photos, clean and comfortable with new appliances and furnishings. Kitchen and bathroom with all necessary amenities worked perfect. Shower in the bathroom was perfect! Separate bedroom with very comfortable bed. First floor, elevator exists in the building. Check in and out went smoothly. This is a brand new building with lobby security desk, a swimming pool and gym. There is nothing missing, comfort, convenience, safety, reasonable price, excellent location. It was a perfect choice, and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Alberto is an exceptionally kind hosts and always extremely quick to reply to our messages. Overall experience is outstanding, and I will definitely chose to stay here again! 5 star!

Great private apartment near La Rambla and very nice host Alberto. It was a pleasant stay, comfy bed and very insulated windows; even though La Rambla is under maintenance, we didn't hear noise. The building is very good looking and the front door guard started to recognize us and open the door before we scanned the key. Highly recommend!

I didn't see Alberto, but his parents were there to let me in and show me the apartment. It's a nice place, it has air-conditioning, it's a modern building. Lovely kitchen and bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was great, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a great location, very close to many attractions and convenient for exploring the area. The apartment itself is beautiful, cozy, clean, and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed having access to the swimming pool and gym in the building. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!
