I am Italian and have been living in Barcelona for the last 20 years. I travel a lot for work and I am fully aware of what we all expect when we stay abroad in hotels or apartments. I love to look after my customers so no questions are bad questions. I am always available to help. I speak English, Spanish and Italian.

Very beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable apartment, and most importantly exactly as it appears in the photos. Cool neighborhood with all possible services. Paolo is super responsive with prompt replies to messages and information requests. The 4th floor without an elevator is a good incentive to do a bit of physical activity. Highly recommended.

Paolo is a wonderful host; he was always helpful and replied quickly to all my questions. The flat was clean and lovely, and the location was good; unfortunately, I can't say the same for the neighbours. Still, overall I was pleased with everything. Thank you.

Paolo's place is a tranquil retreat right in the heart of Barcelona. I was working remote for a week and wanted to experience all Barcelona has to offer while also having a quiet place to work and sleep. The apartment is super comfortable and has most things you'd need for a short or long term stay. Paolo was also super helpful and responsive throughout my visit and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my time in Barcelona. Highly recommend!!
