Palazzo Cannitello, which houses the apartment, is an imposing early 18th century mansion and is located in the very heart of Palermo on the street with the most museums and aristocratic palaces in the City! A stone's throw away we have Palazzo Abbatellis, now an important museum, Palazzo della Gancia (famous for the film The Leopard) and the Museum of Modern Art at the former convent of Sant'Anna. The house is the top floor of the aristocratic palace and has pitched roofs of exposed wood, parquet floors and hot/cold air conditioning. Via Alloro is the heart of Palermo's nightlife with trendy and high-profile cultural venues. Inside the house NO smoking or walking around in shoes is allowed. The host lives in the house. Use of kitchen is not allowed but use of coffee and tea maker is allowed. Frigobar in room. FKK formula accepted at home. No parties or inviting people are allowed. The apartment is on the third floor and, as with all period buildings, there is no elevator.
