Had a great time staying at Neil and Rich's place, very handy and convenient location, also close to the nude beach, the place is well equipped with everything needed, and the bonus of a pool to cool off in after a day of exploring, thanks guys, I hope our paths cross again, thanks again, Kim and Chris

The unit is a short drive from the airport, so it is ideally situated for someone that wants to be close to the airport and close to Casuarina coastal reserve beaches. Within a short walk there is a neighbourhood shopping centre, with a grocery store, street eateries and a pub. The unit has a pleasant spa outside and is fully air conditioned and has multiple ceiling fans for the build-up heat. There is a modern smart tv in the lounge with access to Netflix and could be easily streamed to from mobile phone. The owner was gracious enough with me to be flexible with check-in and check-out times and to use the washer and other amenities provided freely. Will likely return in future in case of a possible visit.

Neil was a wonderful, accommodating and friendly host. He met me at the agreed time and showed me around, and he has a great document prepared on all of the workings of the house, with nothing complicated. The property is exactly as portrayed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. the small private garden and spa were lovely to relax in. Neil was kind enough to drive me to the beach on one of the days, and he also drove me to the airport at a late time. I would not hesitate to recommend his place and Neil as a warm and welcoming host. I hope to visit again someday.
