My apartment
It is a brilliant and NEW, charming and quiet 45 m2, located just 2 blocks from the Sagrada Familia (7 min walk), C / Mallorca, in the residential district of the "Eixample".
E 'surrounded and well communicated to all public transport (lines 2 meters: L 2 "Encants" L and 5 "Sagrada Familia" bus and Bicing).
"Gaudi Sagrada Familia BB" has 2 bedrooms in total (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, 1 extra bed) and sleeps up to 5 (website hidden) travel often for this reason that the rooms can be rented individually or the entire apartment, depending on availability and my travels.
The apartment is well located (near the center), and 10 of the Plaza Catalunya / Ramblas, Passeig de Gracia and the beach.
This is a fully equipped apartment with all amenities: hardwood floors, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, hair dryer, TV, toaster, Heating, microhonde, 2 large closets.
It is located near the famous market town of "Los Encants", similar to "Portobello Road" or "Camden Town" in London, a very charming and colorful to visit!
The street and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, well lit; with markets, supermarkets, restaurants, gym, Internet Point (email hidden) (same street).
Each room (2 double beds) are decorated and furnished with a personal touch of glamor, making you feel at home.

Traditional, residential area full of markets, shops, bakerys
only 10 min. walking to Sagrada Familia temple
only 20 min walking to Villa Olimpica beaches an clubs (porto olimpico)
only 10 min walking to Encants Market

Getting around

It's well surrounded and communicated with all public transport ( 2 - metro lines : L 2 " Encants " and L5 " Sagrada Familia " bus stop and Bicing ); markets, shops and bakerys

Other Things to Note

the easy way to get to my flat, it's:

- from airport
1) take a taxi: +/- 30€ in 35 min

2) public transports: Airbus (6€ in 20 min until Plaza Universitat stop) and then taking metro violet line (buy T10 tkt, 10€ for 10 trips) until Encants stop (only 2min walking).

- buy car
check it in (website hidden) map =)

House Rules
- Any noise is permitted from 10 pm to 8 am, in the flat and in the building (my neighbours used to call police and it will a problem for you and for me)

- Respect all flat and building furnitures as yours.

- When you leave, please leave the flat in a good conditions, (with dirty towels and blankets right in red basket outside in the balcony)

- The elevator you will see is really small, up 2 persons with little luggages (don't go more persons, it will be blocked: not work! (If you block it, it will be charge the cost of technical service bill)

- If you will broke some stuffs please inform me in advance to solve the issue, right in Barcelona

- Don't trush anything in the wc/toilet if not it will get out of work; (it will be charge the cost of technical service bill)

- For Barcelona government I have to recolect for each tourist over 16th years old, 1€ per day up 7 night stay, so please take with you ******** to provide to pay BARCELONA TOURIST TAX (if you want to look for it in (website hidden)).

- cleaning fee of 30€ to pay at check -in
