Walk to bars, restaurants, Balboa Park. Downtown is a 5 minute drive, beaches 10-15 minutes . And great shopping nearby from small boutiques to high end malls. Price is for up to two guests in one room. 40 Euros extra for second room. Free WiFi which reaches to the back deck. Use of the kitchen is allowed.

This was my 2nd time staying at Steve's place while visiting San Diego, and I had another wonderful time. The location and home are exceptional especially with the central location in Hillcrest. Steve is always so welcoming and helpful too during the stay. I'll definitely be back when I return to the city. Thanks Steve!

Steve was an excellent host. His place was conveniently located off the main strip. It is walkable to gyms, the bars and restaurants. The bedroom was very comfortable. He communicated well before and during my stay.

I had such an amazing time staying in Hillcrest at Steve's place. The home and location are perfect when staying in San Diego. He was so welcoming, helpful and kind! Communication was easy during the entire stay too. The private room was excellent since it had a comfy bed and snacks waiting for me. I was able to work remotely for a bit there too and at the amazing backyard patio. When I come back to the city, I'm absolutely going to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing time Steve! 😄

There was plenty of closet space along with a very nice bathroom. Hillcrest is beautiful and just a couple minutes by foot. PARKING can be limited on the street but we had no problem. The room was a little cramped but the bed was UBER comfortable. When the host, Steve, was around he was inquisitive about our travel plans to provide tips and suggestions. He is very knowledgeable about the area.

This is a great price value for the location. Personable host. Good communication throughout visit. Back patio/yard had a nice homey feel to it. Plenty of towels and linens. Liked the hand held shower. Sweet dogs
