About the Apartment
Located between Santos and Belém, this fully equipped and beautifully bright apartment is in one of Lisbon’s safest, most scenic, and best-connected neighborhoods.

You’re just a short walk from the Tagus River promenade (ideal for running or biking), and surrounded by major attractions like the MAAT, Belém Tower, and Jerónimos Monastery.

Feeling like a beach day? You’re 5 minutes from Alcântara-Mar station, where trains run along the coast to Cascais. The first beach stop is just 15 minutes away. Or walk to the ferry and cross over to the Caparica beaches—also a super easy and fun escape!
I provide beach towels, a sun umbrella, and everything you need for a chill seaside day.

- A spacious bedroom with two single beds (I will sleep in the sofa), nightstands, a large wardrobe, and a dedicated work desk and chair—ideal if you’re working remotely.
- A comfortable living area with a modern 54” Smart TV (Netflix, Prime, Apple TV) and a big sofa.
- A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, full-size fridge, and all the cooking basics
- A cute breakfast nook with stools to enjoy your morning coffee
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, fresh towels, and basic essentials
- Central heating and air conditioning, a rare (and very welcome) feature in Lisbon!

The apartment is very well connected:
- 5-minute walk to Alcântara-Mar station
- 5-minute walk to the ferry terminal
- Close to buses, trams, and Bolt rides to anywhere in Lisbon (including the LGBTQ+ nightlife areas, if you want to go out but come back to peace and quiet)

Taxis and ride-shares are very affordable in Lisbon (usually under €4), so you’re never far from anything!
