Equipped kitchenette: 2-burner hob, microwave, mini-fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (pods included), toaster, and basic products (oil, washing-up liquid, etc.). 5-minute drive: SUPER U, McDonald's, Domino's Pizza, and various restaurants. Numerous artisanal distributors (local produce, vegetables, bread, etc.) less than 5 minutes away. Public transport within 5 minutes' walk: direct access to Nantes, Machecoul and Saint-Philbert-de-Grand-Lieu. Tourist attractions: beaches (25 min), Nantes (20 min), Puy du Fou (1h), Hellfest (38 min). Traveler access: Travelers will have access to the entire studio and its facilities, as well as to their private terrace. The garden is shared with the owners, but offers ample space for privacy. An independent arrival is possible thanks to a key box.
