Upon entry, you'll be greeted by our open living room complete with comfy seating for the whole crew. Just off the living room, you'll find our fully equipped kitchen, complete with the essentials you'll need to create your favorite meals when you're not indulging in Fayetteville's food scene. Located at the bar, you'll find four high-top chairs perfect for enjoying your meals.

Off the living room and kitchen area, you'll find two sets of double doors which lead to our outdoor living area with patio seating and a BBQ grill.

Back inside, our home has 4 beds - two beds downstairs and two beds upstairs: ******** Our King bedroom is complete with a closet, dresser and en suite bath. ******** Our second bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, clothing rack and nearby bathroom. (3-4) Upstairs, you'll find a shared bedroom with two Queen beds and a walk-in closet. The bed to the left of the stairs has access to a Smart TV with streaming services.

We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‐in, and late check‐out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‐Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
