Lovely guest room in a comfortably appointed villa home in gated community. Wonderful location with tons of amenities including community hot tub and pool. Everything you need to feel truly at home in Sarasota. I work from home but come and go and keep a casual schedule. This is a place to relax and rejuvenate. Soft music, warm light, comfort and texture all await you.

I am a sober person and would prefer to host sober guests. Moderate, respectful alcohol consumption is welcomed but drunkenness or drug use of any kind will not be tolerated under any circumstance. This is a non-smoking home. All community amenity rules must be respected and observed. Basically, act right. I have a small, friendly dog which does not shed. Appreciate guests being clean and neat but also relaxing and enjoying the space. You are welcome here, just act right.
