Lovely guest room in a comfortably appointed villa home in gated community. Wonderful location with tons of amenities including community hot tub and pool. Everything you need to feel truly at home in Sarasota. I work from home but come and go and keep a casual schedule. This is a place to relax and rejuvenate. Soft music, warm light, comfort and texture all await you.

I am a sober person and would prefer to host sober guests. Moderate, respectful alcohol consumption is welcomed but drunkenness or drug use of any kind will not be tolerated under any circumstance. This is a non-smoking home. All community amenity rules must be respected and observed. Basically, act right. I have a small, friendly dog which does not shed. Appreciate guests being clean and neat but also relaxing and enjoying the space. You are welcome here, just act right.

One of my best Mr. Band B experiences yet. First, the neighborhood of Landon's is fantastic. Everyone takes extreme pride in the homes in this community. Landon's home is wonderful. Everything about it. And his dog, Lily, is my new best friend. Really looking forward to staying here again. PS- Landon's house is close to everything. Perfect location.

Landon's place was terrific. The check-in was easy, the place was immaculate and well appointed and Landon was a wonderful host. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area. And his little dog Lilly was the sweetest little dog. She greeted me with kisses and likes to snuggle which made me really happy. Thanks for a great stay!

I had a fantastic stay in Landon's house!!! He's very attentive and he makes you feel comfortable all the time. The space was excellent, clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend Landon's place and I can't wait to return.

Landon place was as expected and some .super clean very tastefully decorated everything was given to make the stay perfect London, very sweet guy extremely friendly. Even though I was busy during the days. We still manage to speak a little bit, and even he came with his friend to visit me at the show. the cherry on the cake was the little dog as sweet as they come I definitely will come and stay with him again.

You won't be surprised to learn that Landon is a hospitality executive because his place is the Mandarin Oriental of b&bs. His spacious, beautifully furnished, spotless villa is located in a quiet, secure gated community with easy access to highways. The guest room and bathroom are well-appointed with a comfortable bed, high quality bedding, and a whimsical bathroom. Landon was away during my stay but communication was spot-on from the get-go through check-out. Even though we didn't meet in person, I got to know him better than many of my hosts with whom I've stayed for several days. This is a rare find and I feel fortunate to have been able to experience it.

Landon was the perfect host! His home is beautiful and absolutely immaculate. Very comfortable and welcoming. Perfect communications Best B&B stay we've had. Highest recommendation!
