The hotel has no elevator and is not barrier-free. There are plenty of public car parks in the direct vicinity however none at all at the hotel itself. Guests can use the parking for approximately 25 EUR for 24 hours at the nearby Augustiner Parkhaus, the Lago Shopping Center or Döbele within walking distance away. Guests can use the parking at Tiefgarage Benediktinerplatz within 1-1.2 mi outside the city. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
