The hotel is very well located, but the service was very rough, nothing formal. They don't care about guests, they don't even offer water, coffee or tea. When I asked, they almost hit me. There is no staff to give you a tourist guide or explain what to do in the city. They are rude. Additionally, in the initial reservation I paid all the required taxes and fees, but when checking in they forced me to pay the taxes and fees again, otherwise I would lose the reservation. I paid double taxes.

The hotel Metropol is definitely well located, not far from Montmartre and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was mmmh ... not so tidy and the cleaneness so/so imao. We spent one night so it is ok but I wouldn't stay more than a night. All in all , it's ok but could also be better.
