Villa Luppis is on 12 acres on the border between the regions of Veneto and Friuli. Formerly a Benedictine monastery, it is now an elegant hotel.

The luxurious Villa Luppis Hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, and free bicycles. There is also a scheduled shuttle to/from Venice, where guests enjoy discounts in selected stores.
