“I did pick a cheap rate, but the room I was given was nothing like any of the ones in the photos. It was a weird space that seemed like they just threw a room together. It was not super clean, there were smears of stuff on the walls in both the bedroom and the shower. The double bed was actually two singles slammed together. The shower was really powerful and great, except there was no way I could find to not flood the bathroom floor while using it. All in all, it was kinda dingy and uncomfortable. Weirdly enough the staff was awesome, and the lobby is gorgeous. I have a feeling if you spring for a nicer (i.e. more expensive) room, you'll have a good experience. But, I actually considered checking out a day early because it was uncomfortable and depressing in my room.”

For those arriving by car, the hotel is in a restricted traffic area but hotel guests have permission to enter. The easiest thing to do is park at Piazza Partigiani and take the escalator straight up to the hotel. Via Bonazzi is blocked by an illuminated barrier. Simply press the bell in the wall on your right to deactivate it.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
