One night in a suite with a private Norwegian bath and a gourmet meal for 2 costs a little over 500 euros. Given that the service is mediocre, that's very expensive. When the receptionist finally arrives, she takes care of a housekeeper's requests while we're standing right in front of her. It's not a big deal, but it's clear the customer comes second, which sets the tone. Everything is a bit like this. It spoils the experience. At dinner, when you order duck breast with fresh figs, you expect to get figs, not mandarins... So it leaves a somewhat bitter taste. Positive note: they accept pets, which is nice
