For safety reasons, the sauna and the hammam are strictly prohibited for children under 16 years old. Access to the Spa (pool + sauna + hammam) is authorized for children under 12 years old only from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Monday and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. from Tuesday to Sunday. The spa is a place of rest and relaxation. Parents must discipline their children in order to respect the tranquillity of the place under pain of exclusion. Spa access: 50 minutes offered per person and per night booked, upon mandatory reservation of your time slot at Le Spa du Crystal by using our e-Concierge App. The spa is not very busy on week days. Therefore, please note that for ecological and economical reasons, THE SAUNA AND THE HAMMAM ARE TURNED ON ONLY FROM 4:00 TO 8:00 P.M. FROM MONDAY TO THURSDAY (4:00 TO 10:00 P.M. ON FRIDAY).
