“Overall experience was mixed. The rooms have been recently renovated and ours was very nice, well appointed, comfortable beds, nice pillows, linens, and towels. Hotel staff was sometimes friendly and helpful, other times less so. Common areas and restaurant were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but subpar for a German hotel. It is located 2+ miles from downtown Lindau, Lake Constance and the Lindau Insel, realistically making it more than walking distance, but an easy drive with straightforward parking. Cost was fairly comparable for the area.”
