Unveiling the Hotel

Located at 5.6 feet above sea level on a plateau high above Lech, this family-run 4-star superior hotel is directly at the slopes of the Arlberg Ski Area. Hotel Goldener Berg offers rooms and suites furnished in a modern Alpine style, 4 different restaurants, and a spacious spa area.

With its large windows and natural materials such as granite and wood, the 2625 ft2 Alpin Spa offers a very natural ambiance. Here you will find an outdoor hot tub, an indoor pool, various saunas and relaxation rooms, a fitness room, and a beauty and massage department offering beauty products made from edelweiss from the hotel’s own Almstern brand.

Half-board (summer and winter) and full-board (only in summer) are possible at an additional cost and must be booked before arrival and for the entire stay. The wine cellar offers a wide selection of fine wines.

The 2 large sun terraces offer panoramic views of the surrounding Lechtal Alps.

The cable car, which operates until late at night, takes you to the center of Lech in only 7 minutes. The ski school and a practice hill are only a few yards away from Hotel Goldener Berg.

The arrival in winter is only via the gondola and further information will be provided upon request

Please note that in winter, the property can only be reached by cable car from Lech. The cable car to Oberlech and the hotel operates nonstop from 07:00 to 01:00. When guests own a ski pass, no extra fee has to be paid for the cable car. Oberlech is car-free in winter and public indoor parking is available against surcharge next to the cable car station in Lech. Your luggage will be transported from the cable car station to the hotel. During summer guests can park the car in front of the hotel. In winter and partly in summer, access is only possible by gondola. There is an outdoor infinity pool with outdoor whirlpool function (not just a whirlpool). In summer there is a 3/4 pampering board (no full board). Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of €32.00 per day, per dog.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
