The people at the reception were nice. Problem 1, there is no elevator at all. Climbing two floors with suitcases is just terrible... 2- you cannot open your window at night because it is just impossible to sleep well with even with the window closed. Noisy restaurants on the Piazza, the washing machines to clean the piazza, the trash cleansing services at 6 am....it is a pity as the Hotel is centrally located.
