Positive: price and location (close to the train station, bus to Venice and shops). Negative: for a 3-star hotel: low-end room, cleanliness was lacking, damaged furniture and room not soundproof (can hear cars and neighbors)

The place it self could use some love. The people running it are friendly and accommodating. For the price it was very good.

It's exactly what we needed. An ideal place to rest from the long walks or days you spend in Venice, it's not luxury, but it's easy to access by train or bus, it's just one station away from central Venice, but in Venice Mestre you can save on accommodation since prices are more affordable. One very important detail is that the shower is not very comfortable, because it's small and that causes water to splash out of the shower, but it wasn't a major problem.

Hotel location is superb, walking distance to the main train station going to Venice, either by tram or walking. Friendly hotel staff from Bangladesh
