Please note that guests are considered children from age 2 to age 12. Guests over 12 years old are considered adults. Please note the published rates for half and full board stays on 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinner held on that evening and a brunch the next day, 1 January. Please note the published rates for full board stays on 25 December include a mandatory fee for the christmas lunch held on that afternoon. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. In case of no-show, the customer will be charged the amount corresponding to the first night's stay. The outdoor pool service is seasonal and available only from May to October. The hotel offers parking with a daily fee. Due to the heavy rainfall recorded recently, the heated swimming pool at the Globales Reina Cristina hotel has suffered damage and will therefore remain closed for an estimated period of three weeks starting from 18/02/2026.
