Very friendly. Within walking distance of multiple places such as Starbucks, Restaurants, Market, etc. Lobby personnel were very friendly and helpful in finding out reliable parking, deals, and close by resources. 2 blocks from the beach. In house swimming pool was kept clean and friendly.
